I was absolutely blown away by the customer service at Four Wheel Covers.
I sent an email and left a voicemail about a last-minute custom wheel cover I needed for my wife and my 25th "meetaversary." Danny called me back almost immediately, congratulated us, understood why the gift was important, and assured me he could have the custom cover printed within 24 hours and shipped overnight.
When UPS later showed a delivery estimate that would have missed the big day, I called Danny and asked if he could instead use my FedEx account. Without hesitation, he agreed, canceled the original shipment, repackaged the order, and sent it using the label I provided.
Then the unexpected happened: the FedEx driver never showed up for the scheduled pickup. At that point, most companies would have shrugged and said it was out of their hands. Instead, Danny took time out of his own workday to personally bring the package to a FedEx drop-off location so it would still make that day's shipment. He then let me know it was safely in FedEx's hands because he knew how important it was that the gift arrive before our anniversary.
The wheel cover arrived on time, and my wife and I absolutely love it. The quality is beautiful, but what impressed me even more was Danny's commitment to his customer. In an era when many companies don't even return emails or phone calls, Danny treated my order as if it were as important to him as it was to me. This is the kind of customer service that seems rare today, and it's exactly how customer service should be.

He provided proofs of the design quickly and made a last-minute redesign adjustment and had the cover shipped out the next day.
