The Mermaid Colored Turtle with Sea Shell cover appears well made. The cost was reasonable and the order promptly arrived. Only issue was there were no instructions on how to install, nor are there any instruction on the website, hence we had to search the web and found a You Tube video which was very helpful. Installation around the camera cover is not inherently obvious to some folks, so a one page installation instruction or posting on the web noting how to remove the camera cover, etc would be very helpful.
From the start the communication for my custom order was clear and friendly. I received my order in a timely manner and absolutely love the quality!! Very happy customer.

Perfect fit. Had a bit of trouble with the lock cable reaching/fitting behind the spare, but they refunded me the difference for the lock cost. Great customer service!
